Missed Appointments
Just that you know, and to provide the best service possible, we allot time especially for you and your preferred treatment. Sadly, like the Health Service, some people make appointments and fail to honour them, leaving Professionals with hours of unfulfilled time that could have been usefully used with another client.
We would really appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation and if less than 24 hours, then a 50% cancellation fee will be asked of you.
Late Appointments
We understand that things do come up and life doesn’t always run as smoothly as we hope and for our part, we will always try to be as understanding as possible, after all, you’ve rushed to get here, found a parking spot and arrived.
If we still have enough available time we will do our very best to fulfil your wishes, but if the overrun will affect another client’s time, then sadly, we may have to re-book your appointment and charge you for our time and expertise that has been squandered.
